Our desktop support offerings include options for those who want active,
personal computing support, as well as for faculty who prefer to
request support on an as-needed basis.
- Annual Desktop Support plan
- Under this plan, an individual's workstation is actively
maintained by our friendly staff. We schedule regular updates to the
operating system and software, and assist with planning future
software and hardware purchases. This personal relationship enables
us to understand each individual's needs, and to anticipate problems
before they happen. The flat annual rate means these customers can
call us as much as they need to, without worrying about incurring
additional charges.
- Faculty retainer support
- Under
this plan, a single professor or your department's entire faculty will
have a support team to contact for computing emergencies and other
issues. Work is billed on an hourly basis, so this type of support is
most appropriate for those who need help only occasionally.
- Additional desktop support
- For needs not covered under our other plans, we provide
support on an hourly basis.
